About Organize PDF

A scanned document rarely comes out in the right order — a stack of pages fed through a scanner can land out of sequence, a cover page might need to move to the end, or a single page might need to appear twice because it's referenced from two different sections. Fixing this normally means opening a full desktop PDF editor, or uploading the document to yet another online tool that asks you to hand over a file you may not be comfortable sharing.

This tool renders every page of your PDF as a visual thumbnail directly in the browser, using the same open-source rendering engine (PDF.js) that powers Chrome and Firefox's built-in PDF viewers — so what you see in the grid is your actual page content, not a placeholder. From there, drag any page to a new position to reorder the document, click duplicate to insert a copy of a page right after itself, or remove a page entirely. The grid always reflects the exact order the final PDF will be saved in.

Because everything — rendering the previews, tracking your reordering, and rebuilding the final file — happens locally using in-memory PDF processing, your document is never uploaded, even temporarily, to generate the thumbnails. This matters most for exactly the kind of documents people need to reorganize: signed contracts, scanned ID documents, and internal reports.

Once the page order looks right, one click rebuilds the PDF with your changes and hands you back a new file — the original is never modified, and every page is copied at full quality with no re-rendering or compression loss.
